BACK TO THE ROOTS kicks off at 8:00 pm, making it the perfect club night for everyone who wants to hit the dance floor early. Eight hours of house music, four renowned DJs and a musical journey back to the sounds that have shaped Leipzig’s club scene.

Marcapasos feat. Eis-T will open the night. Marcapasos has been one of the best-known names in Leipzig’s electronic music scene for many years. The DJ and producer made his breakthrough in 2006 when he won the Sputnik Lounge Battle. With energetic sets ranging from melodic house to driving electronic beats, he has performed at major festivals including Nature One and SonneMondSterne.

Joining him is Eis-T, known at SPIZZ Club for old-school house and carefully selected classics from the defining years of house music. From 8:00 pm until midnight, Marcapasos and Eis-T will bring back the sound that started it all for so many.

From midnight, MaMü feat. SinoSun will take over. The two share a long history as the Leipzig DJ and live duo Nightliferockerz. Their joint sets and remixes combine house, bass and electronic club music. Until 4:00 am, they will keep the night going with powerful beats and plenty of experience behind the decks.
